Our Big Bag Unloading Stations are engineered for efficient, dust-free, and ergonomic emptying of bulk bags (FIBCs) into your process line. Designed for quick bag changes and reliable flow, they ensure uninterrupted material supply while maintaining product quality and workplace safety.
How It Works
A bulk bag is lifted into position using a hoist or forklift and secured to the station’s frame. Once in place, the bag spout is untied or cut open inside a sealed chamber to prevent dust escape. For poor-flowing materials, the station can be fitted with bag massagers, vibration systems, or flow aids to ensure complete emptying.
